AR Accountant with Dutch

We work: Hybrid; 2-3 days in the office weekly (full presence in the office required during training)

We are recruiting for our client, a global leader in logistics and transportation, who is opening a new business services center in Warsaw.

AR Accountant with Dutch 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the main contact for customer AR issues and ensure effective communication (phone/email) across markets.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy in customer records.
• Monitor overdue payments, handle disputes, and support dunning processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Commercial) and external partners.
• Generate financial reports and analyze AR data to support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with credit terms and internal financial controls.

REQUIREMENTS:

• min. 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance-related role, ideally within a Shared Services or BPO environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a proactive, win-win mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience in data analysis is a plus.
• Ability to understand business needs quickly and act in an agile, solutions-oriented way.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) will be an advantage.
