Job Description

THE WORK

  • Manage collections for a dedicated portfolio, including applying payments, processing credits, and reconciling accounts.

  • Perform credit checks, assess credit risk, and review customer payment behavior.

  • Work with internal teams to resolve disputes and improve collection processes.

  • Prepare reports and handle financial documentation related to order releases and account setups.

  • Maintain accurate account records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Communicate directly with clients regarding payments and account status.


WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED

  • Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese language (min. C1 level is required).

  • Knowledge of English language (min. B2 level).

  • Full time availability (8 hours daily) from Monday to Friday.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong time management abilities.


BONUS POINT IF YOU HAVE

  • Previous experience in financial, accounting, or Client related process.

  • Familiarity with order release processes.
