Business Analyst - Capital and Liquidity

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst - Capital and Liquidity to join our team. This role involves overseeing a critical project for one of our prominent clients in the banking sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for technology and possess extensive experience in developing and managing advanced technology applications.

Key responsibilities include analyzing bank balance sheets, understanding Basel III norms, and utilizing Tableau for reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects, providing insights and recommendations to drive business objectives.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, specifically in Capital and Liquidity.
• Strong background in BA with excellent documentation skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of bank balance sheets and products, including assets and liabilities.
• Familiarity with Basel III norms and liquidity metrics such as LCR, SOC, NSFR.
• Understanding of capital management and RWA metrics.
• Proficiency in using Tableau for reporting purposes.
