 Business Analyst – Strategy & Development

We are looking for a proactive and analytically strong Business Analyst – Strategy & Development, who will support senior leadership in shaping business direction, identifying growth opportunities, and improving overall business performance.

This is a highly visible role working closely with the Management Board and senior stakeholders. The position combines business analysis, market intelligence, and strategic thinking with a strong focus on turning data into actionable recommendations.

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

• Analyse internal business performance and external market trends to identify growth opportunities

• Combine internal data with external sources to assess market potential 

• Prepare strategic analyses and recommendations for senior management and the Board

• Build and maintain financial and business models (scenarios, forecasting, sensitivity analysis)

• Support strategic initiatives including investment analysis and M&A-related activities (due diligence support)

• Analyse profitability of products, business lines, and investment projects

• Prepare executive-level materials supporting strategic decision-making

• Identify risks and early signals impacting business performance and strategy execution

• Work closely with business units on planning, analysis, and development initiatives

You are the right person for the role if you:

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business or related field

• Min. 2 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, market analysis, consulting, or similar roles

• Experience working with senior stakeholders or management teams

• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations

• Experience working with incomplete data and building reliable assumptions

• Proactive and independent working style with strong ownership

• Experience in market intelligence or strategic analysis is a strong plus

• Strong skills in Excel 

• Familiarity with BI tools 

• English at minimum B2 level
