Business Control Analyst

Your responsibilities would include:
Translate & combine operational and financial data to crisp insights with an actionable advice that enhance performance and value
Act as product owner for automated reports (PBI) amongst translating reporting needs from the business (control) in a Minimum Viable Product to be created with the relevant functional teams, MR and HGSS
Build and develops business cases, data driven insights, benchmarks to drive decision making and intervention
Maximize business performance by working alongside, challenging and influencing the business and advise categories on corrective strategies and/or actions that enhance performance and value
Coordinates and ensures the quality, completeness and on-time delivery of functional reports like BPRs, QPRs, AP and SP decks combining both financial and operational data
Lead or participate in projects that improve the effectiveness and/or efficiency of financial process for associated categories / regions or the procurement function
Supports ad-hoc requests
Collaborates closely with other Business Analysts and relevant HGSS Teams to ensure efficiency of key processes
In collaboration with other Business Analysts, HUB Coordinator and relevant stake holders (GBCD, HO MT), standardizes processes and tools to increase productivity and quality of key activities.
You are a good candidate if you have:
Education: Master degree in Finance (business economics or accounting & control) § Work experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance within FMCG / Retail (high pace environments)
Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in business control, finance management and/or managerial reporting of business economical processes and HEINEKEN business systems, experience with procurement processes is a pre.
Functional skills: Finance knowledge, able to build complex Excel models and able to voice clear story telling based on PowerPoint presentations, experience with Think-Cell and Anaplan is a pre.
Other skills: Finance knowledge, in-depth understanding of transactional (sales) processes and (HEINEKEN) business systems
Languages: Fluent English
