Business Analyst

📍 Location: Kraków (hybrid: 1 day in the office per week)

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join a strategic transformation program within a global banking organization. The role focuses on conceptualizing solutions, driving change, and ensuring seamless implementation of business initiatives across complex projects and multiple regions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to analyze needs, design solutions, and drive benefit realization.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify, define, and solve complex business problems using systemic thinking and creativity.

• Translate complex information into clear, structured insights tailored to different audiences.

• Understand business drivers and strategy to propose aligned, strategic solutions.

• Anticipate risks and issues, taking proactive steps to mitigate them.

• Drive requirements management and design solutions accordingly.

• Assess impacts on the target operating model and define mitigation actions.

• Support program management with impact assessments and progress tracking.

• Raise challenges constructively to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design skills (at least 4 years of experience).

• Knowledge of change management and implementation techniques.

• Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with project management tools (Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, Visio).

• Understanding of banking, financial services, and/or shared services organizations.

• Experience in business analysis, design, and implementation on complex multi-country projects.

• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
