About your future employer:

Our Client is seeking an experienced Commercial & Contract Manager to provide end-to-end support in commercial and contractual matters for internal stakeholders and external negotiations. The role covers drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing bid and RFP processes, and ensuring that business solutions are commercially sound and compliant with risk management standards.


Commercial & Contract Manager 

This is an individual contributor position with strong exposure to senior stakeholders up to VP level. The role requires independence, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex business environment. Occasional short-term business travel within Europe (up to one week at a time) may be required.


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of commercial and contract management support for internal clients, including analysis, issue resolution, and disputes.

  • Lead governance calls and ad-hoc meetings with stakeholders.

  • Develop and advise on commercial solutions to optimize revenue, margin, and costs, while managing associated risks.

  • Draft, review, and redline a wide range of contractual documents (Agreements, Statements of Work, Work Orders), primarily within Business Services.

  • Lead or support contract and commercial negotiations with external clients.

  • Contribute to offer creation and negotiation strategies, ensuring proper tracking and documentation throughout the process.

  • Provide expert guidance to Delivery and Sales teams on commercial and contractual topics.

  • Ensure commercial best practices and risk considerations are applied throughout the contract lifecycle.

  • Collaborate closely with legal, finance, commercial, and operational stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial and Contract Management, ideally within managed services or related fields.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related area (relevant experience may substitute formal education).

  • Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT-related contracts.

  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Fluent English (C1) – written and spoken.

  • Strong commercial and legal acumen with solid negotiation experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders up to VP level.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • High adaptability and confidence to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of influencing peers and stakeholders.
