About your future employer:

Our Client is a fast-growing SaaS company with a strong focus on sales, innovation, and expansion. As part of our growth, we are looking for an Contract Management Analyst to join our international team and ensure accurate processing of customer contracts and orders. You will play a key role in enabling smooth invoicing and revenue recognition, working closely with Sales and Deal Desk teams (primarily in the US).

Senior GL & Reporting Accountant

As a Senior GL & Reporting Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate general ledger accounting and group financial reporting. You will work in a dynamic environment using SAP S/4HANA and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), supporting both operational and group-level requirements, including complex transactions and compliance with US GAAP.


Responsibilities:

  • Review all incoming orders and contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

  • Use checklists to validate customer data, purchase orders (if required), VAT details, subscription periods, and product availability.

  • Ensure orders are ready for invoicing by coordinating with Billing and Finance teams.

  • Collaborate daily with Sales, Deal Desk, Renewals, Collections, Legal, and Billing departments.

  • Identify and challenge process gaps that delay deal closure, invoicing, or collections, and propose improvements.

  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Help design scalable order management and contract review processes.

  • Document procedures and support internal controls.

  • Prepare schedules, reports, and team metrics for management.

  • Contribute to special projects and process innovation.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Contract Management, or related functions (experience in SaaS is a plus).

  • Background in operational accounting is an advantage.

  • Experience with sales operations, customer contracts, and order desk processes.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ.

  • Experience resolving order management or billing issues.

  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
