Credit Management Specialist with English 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer credit limits and ensuring adherence to company credit policies.
  • Reviewing and analyzing accounts receivable reports, following up on overdue payments, and initiating collection processes when needed.
  • Assessing customer creditworthiness by evaluating credit requests, financial history, and third-party legal data.
  • Conducting periodic reviews of credit limits and making necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales and senior management, to discuss credit limit changes, customer debt status, and repayment plans.
  • Monitoring and processing credit blocks/unblocks while ensuring proper debt regularization.
  • Preparing and sharing reports on customer credit status with relevant stakeholders.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in accounting, credit management, or receivables collection.
  • Proficiency in Excel and working with financial data.
  • Good English skills (B1/B2 level).
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent communication abilities.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
