For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Client Reporting Analyst role.


About the Team

Join our local team responsible for delivering accurate financial and client reporting for the firm. Collaborating with business and finance teams, our team covers financial performance analysis, data reconciliation, and process improvement for client profiles. 


You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering scheduled financial management reports for client contracts`

  • Reconciling matter-level data between Linklaters and client systems

  • Supporting billing and cash targets with revenue reports

  • Analysing and advising on financial hygiene for client accounts

  • Cooperating regularly with internal and external stakeholders

  • Reviewing fee arrangements and ensuring correct reporting in systems

  • Providing audit reporting and supporting global finance teams


Apply if you:

  • Have experience providing external-facing finance reports (ideally in SSC/BPO settings)

  • Demonstrate strong Excel skills and an understanding of finance systems

  • Possess excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Are fluent in English

  • Show initiative, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to quality

  • Value collaboration and continuous learning

  • Warsaw (hybrid model)
