Customer Service Consultant with German
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, quality, and business standards in line with overall strategic objectives
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining the highest standard of service
- Handle inbound calls and emails in accordance with client and contact center guidelines
- Execute assigned daily tasks promptly and effectively
- Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of customer data in the system
- Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support to a global customer base
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving user issues
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters through appropriate channels
- Draft clear, accurate, and personalized responses or adapt templates to customer emails
- Investigate and resolve technical or procedural issues using available resources
- Facilitate fair resolution in disputes between users
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Work proactively and independently to meet individual and team performance targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree or relevant work experience
- Previous experience in customer service
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B1)
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate; quick to learn new tools and systems
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Empathetic and confident when handling customer interactions
