Customer Service Consultant with German

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support via telephone for users of RTV/AGD equipment
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Offer information regarding products and their functionalities
• Accurately document customer cases and interactions in the system

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Communicative German at C1 and above, and English at B1
• Basic technical knowledge of RTV/AGD devices (e.g., TVs, washing machines, refrigerators)
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively over the phone
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording support cases
• Availability at minimum 120 hours a month.
