- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle enquiries and requests of ABOs, Customers and Prospects via different communication channels in direct conversations and in writing
- Receive, document, and respond to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, incentives, terms and conditions (by using our knowledge management resources)
- Support users with online platforms, receiving, documenting and reproducing incidents, and resolving them in close cooperation with Technology department
- Help with Sales and Marketing Plan (Core Plan), maximizing the utilization of online resources
- Contribute to projects in various departments outside of regular responsibilities
- Direct unresolved requests and enquiries to further support levels and to other departments
- Protect personal database and applies legal requirements in regard to personal data protection
- Generate innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customer satisfaction and support an environment that embraces continuous improvement to drive customer value
- Assist other team members to leverage and develop their capabilities
- Contribute to Quality Assurance and Training-related tasks outside of regular responsibilities to enable customer service meet our quality standards
- Enthusiastic, communicative approach and willingness to support our customers
- Czech at C1/C2 level is a must, together with English at minimum B2 level
- Excellent knowledge of an additional European language on full professional proficiency is a plus
- Not afraid of facing new challenges or opportunities
- With an enthusiastic approach to teamwork and focus on internal and external customers
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint is needed
- Experience in customer service
