Junior Customer Service Specialist with Dutch (100% remotely)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle an inbound inquiries daily from both internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with departmental guidelines.
- Accept and process transactions using SAP and CRM systems.
- Manage customer confirmations and track shipment statuses, addressing any related issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve challenges within the order-to-cash cycle.
- Meet daily deadlines and achieve monthly targets for order quality and accuracy.
You are the right person for the role if you:
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (min. B2)
- Have strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Have an organized, independent and proactive approach.
- Are a good team player and dedicated.
- Are service-minded and goal-orientated.
- Experience with Customer Service software and/or SAP is an advantage.
