Customer Service Specialist with French
Key responsibilities:

Effective communication skills – Ability to provide clear and timely written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.

Relationship management – Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal departments, acting as the central contact for assigned customers.

Order management and accuracy – Experience in managing high volumes of orders, ensuring accurate and prompt entry into systems like SAP, and following orders through invoicing.

Problem-solving and complaint resolution – Handle customer complaints, billing issues, and service problems, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.

Negotiation and coordination – Ability to negotiate with Planning and Distribution teams to ensure product availability, expedite shipments, and manage backorders.

Customer-focused mindset – Take full ownership of customer service, remaining customer-oriented at all times while ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Manufacturing industry or B2B experience strongly preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Salesforce knowledge is an asset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
