Customer Service Specialist with German (100% remotely)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle an inbound inquiries daily from both internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with departmental guidelines.
  • Accept and process transactions using SAP and CRM systems.
  • Manage customer confirmations and track shipment statuses, addressing any related issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve challenges within the order-to-cash cycle.
  • Meet daily deadlines and achieve monthly targets for order quality and accuracy.

 

You are the right person for the role if you:

  • You are fluent in German and English (min. B2)
  • Have strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Have an organized, independent and proactive approach.
  • Are a good team player and dedicated.
  • Are service-minded and goal-orientated.
  • Experience with Customer Service software and/or SAP is an advantage.
