INFO ABOUT CLIENT & PROJECT:
Our client is a global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions and business process outsourcing, operating in over 40 countries and partnering with some of the world’s most recognized brands. The company provides multilingual support and end-to-end services across various industries, creating development opportunities for employees in an international environment.
This role is part of a project in the hospitality and travel sector, where you will support customers booking accommodations, manage reservations, and provide assistance with inquiries or issues related to stays. It’s a dynamic, people-oriented project, giving you the chance to combine language skills with problem-solving and customer care.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling inbound phone calls and email inquiries from customers.
Supporting clients with booking accommodations and managing reservations.
Assisting with complaints and escalations in a professional and empathetic manner.
Communicating both with property hosts and guests to resolve issues efficiently.
Ensuring a positive customer journey by providing accurate and timely information.
REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced German – at least C1 level (both written and spoken).
English – at least B2 level.
Strong communication skills, customer focus, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility and readiness to work during variable hours.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not a must— we also welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

Recruitment process:
Initial phone interview – short conversation with our recruiter.
Language verification – two short online language tests (German & English).
German interview (online) – a video call focused on your communication skills in German.
Team Manager interview (on-site) – a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager to get to know you better and discuss the role in more detail.
Offer & onboarding – if successful, you’ll receive an offer and join a structured onboarding program to prepare you for the role.
