RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the main contact for your customer portfolio, building strong relationships with customers, co-packers, and internal teams.
• Handle customer queries and ensure accurate, timely communication via phone, email, and systems.
• Process and monitor high volumes of orders in SAP from entry to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Planning and Distribution on product availability, shipments, backorders, and pricing validation.
• Manage complaints and resolve issues related to service, billing, or logistics.
• Optimize logistics processes for cost-effective delivery while ensuring excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Customer Service, ideally in manufacturing/B2B.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong SAP skills (5+ years preferred); Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
