Customer Service with German

Customer Service Specialist with GermanLocation: WarsawAvailability: ASAPEmployment Type: Full-time

Your responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage customer orders and related documentation

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and the sales team

• Generate and update client statements

• Oversee promotional agreements and ensure proper execution

• Report any variances in sales strategy implementation

• Detect and escalate critical issues in customer service processes

• Promote and uphold the Company’s Principles and Values

Your profile:

• Native or fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)

• Experience in customer service support, ideally in FMCG or retail sector

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural, international environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Familiarity with SAP will be considered a strong asset
