Your responsibilities:
Efficiently manage customer orders and related documentation
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and the sales team
Generate and update client statements
Oversee promotional agreements and ensure proper execution
Report any variances in sales strategy implementation
Detect and escalate critical issues in customer service processes
Promote and uphold the Company’s Principles and Values
Your profile:
Native or fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
Experience in customer service support, ideally in FMCG or retail sector
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural, international environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Familiarity with SAP will be considered a strong asset
