Customer Service Support with Chinese

 Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (written and spoken).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and action-oriented approach to problem-solving.
