The Global Banking and Commercial Banking divisions have selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 as their primary customer relationship management (CRM) platform, currently being implemented across approximately 60 countries.
As a D365 Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze their business processes, deliver comprehensive solutions, and provide strategic advice to help them achieve their objectives.
- Participate in all phases of solution implementation, from analyzing business requirements to configuring and testing Microsoft Dynamics applications to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather and align comprehensive requirements with business objectives, understand current processes, and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics platform and assess client business processes against its standard functionalities.
- Leverage Microsoft technologies and ALM tools such as VSTS and PowerApps to enhance implementations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices through suggestions and implementation of enhancements.
- Document business requirements to define the necessary actions and expected outcomes of solutions.
- Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics application to address client-specific business requirements.
- Conduct acceptance testing and provide training to ensure successful adoption and maintenance of the solution.
- Extensive experience as a senior consultant with Microsoft Dynamics, focusing on business modeling and solution implementation.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales implementations and participation in at least 3 full lifecycle projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ALM stack and proficiency in its application.
- Familiarity with VSTS/TFS for task tracking in consulting roles.
- Expertise in process-driven implementation methodologies.
- Proven ability to:
