We are looking for aFinance Analyst with German to join our Distribution Finance team. In this role, you will work with sales and financial data, support compensation processes, and collaborate with internal teams and distributors across Europe.
Finance Analyst with German
Your responsibilities:
Prepare and validate Bill-back calculations based on financial and sales data
Investigate and resolve First Pass Yield issues
Handle more complex distributor queries and discrepancies
Ensure all monthly KPIs and SLAs are met
Use your advanced knowledge of SAP Vistex to support daily operations
Help maintain strong SOX controls and support departmental issue resolution
Prepare and update process documentation, including SOPs and control files
Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Bill-back process within the department
Participate in projects and support audit-related activities
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different regions and cultures
We are looking for:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in an international environment
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Hands-on experience with SAP and good understanding of financial workflows
Very good command of English and German
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work with large and diverse data sources
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
