Our client is a global financial corporation that provides top-class customer service and continuously improves financial operations. We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst who will support and develop finance systems, working closely with both Finance and IT teams.
Finance Systems Manager
For our Client, we are looking for an experienced Manager / Team Leader to lead a Finance Systems team (3 specialists) supporting critical finance and treasury platforms.
This role is a mix of people management, operational oversight, and stakeholder cooperation. You will ensure high-quality system support, develop your team’s capabilities, and work closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and external vendors.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Finance Systems Analysts
Set clear goals, support professional growth, and run regular 1:1s and performance reviews
Build a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team
Ensure stable day-to-day support of finance and treasury systems
Oversee incident management, prioritisation, and issue resolution
Make sure BAU activities, system monitoring, and data quality standards are met
Coordinate system changes, testing activities, and UAT with business users
Review documentation, processes, and controls to ensure consistency and compliance
Act as a key contact point for Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors
Support improvement initiatives
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for system or process optimisation
What we’re looking for:
Experience in people management or team leadership (preferably in SSC/BPO, IT support, or finance systems)
Background in finance systems, IT support, finance operations, or similar environments
Good understanding of incident management, BAU support, and system change processes
Ability to balance hands-on support with people leadership responsibilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
Experience working in regulated or finance-related environments is a strong advantage
