Financial Controller with German (100% remotely)
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze project revenue, cost of service, and gross profit/margin, providing valuable insights and ensuring alignment with financial goals. When necessary, initiate and monitor corrective actions in collaboration with other functions to address discrepancies or improvements.
- Post and process documents in SAP, utilizing automated transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
- Prepare and analyze a variety of reports using SAP and Excel, providing essential data for controlling activities, financial tracking, and decision-making.
- Conduct regular calls with client, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any financial or project-related queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and understanding of ongoing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the achievement of financial targets.
You are the right person for the role if you:
- Proven experience in Controlling or as a Business Analyst, with a strong analytical mindset.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Finance & Accounting processes, particularly in Record to Report and Procure to Pay.
- Fluency in German (minimum B2 level) with a strong willingness to work in the language daily.
- Proficiency in SAP, with the ability to navigate and utilize key functionalities effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and various functions, to support data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus, enabling better data visualization and business insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, international environment.
