GL ACCOUNTANT WITH GERMAN - 100% remote 


Your responsibilities: 

  • Complete all accounting process activities in the General Ledger department
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closings
  • Process bank statements 
  • Prepare journal entries and accruals 
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare and reconcile financial statements and other financial reports
  • Maintain of a Fixed Assets 
  • Prepare of monthly VAT returns
  • Book of intercompany documents/ intercompany reconciliation
  • Support for internal/external audits, controls and investigations

 

Our requirements:

  • At. least bachelor’s degree in finance, economy, business or related field or any equivalent combination of education
  • Understanding of accounting practices and standards
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in full general ledger accounting 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2 level)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
