Global Static Data Specialist
For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for specialists who will have the opportunity to take part in the significant growth of their organizational structures.One of the available roles is Global Static Data Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Creation and modification (maker and checker) of the static data objects in order to maintain a reliable and consistent referential
Verification and control of the associated documentation of Private Capital funds (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real State, Securitization, etc.)
Perform all Static Data BAU tasks in a timely manner and according to procedures
Perform, execute and materialize controls for managed operational processes
Be innovative through various proposals of process enhancements and their implementation
Main communication and relations with internal clients
Proactively support line Team Leader in any BAU topics, crisis management, meetings and projects
Support the integration of new operational activities
Identify risks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the best chance of mitigating them
Contribute to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA
Be responsible for a variety of complex tasks
Requirements:
Experience in transfer agent, cash operation or accounting will be considered as an advantage
Fluent working knowledge of English is mandatory (min. C1)
Knowledge of Private Capital (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real State, Securitization, etc.) fund specificities will be considered as an advantage
Numerate and analytical skills
Knowledge of MS Office tools (focused on Excel skills)
Ability to work effectively as a team player
Self-motivation to develop
