Responsibilities

• Reconciling data (transactions/balances) between XTB’s trading systems and the market
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing reports and database queries using SQL
• Supervising the correct handling of corporate actions (e.g. dividend payments)
• Executing securities transfers between XTB and other institutions
• Developing and automating operational processes
• Creating dedicated IT tools to support operations
• Collaborating with IT, Accounting, Taxes, Data Warehouse, Risk, and Legal departments
