We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller with French to support financial operations for French-speaking plants.

Junior Financial Controller with French

Your responsibilities:

• Support Plant Controllers in managing financial administration of the plants.

• Assist in budgeting processes, including tracking material loss, inventory, and obsolescence.

• Monitor and analyze key operational measurements.

• Support the costing process and provide financial insights.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for the plants.

• Contribute to identifying operational efficiencies and cost savings opportunities.

• Support audits (SOX), ensuring compliance with policies and recommending improvements.

• Collaborate with Plant and Operations Management to provide accurate financial data for decision-making.

• Occasional travel to plant sites may be required.

We are looking for:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Min. 2 years of professional experience in Finance within a multinational environment (experience in Plant Controlling is a strong asset).

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and system orientation (SAP experience preferred).

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.

• High adaptability and willingness to work with diverse stakeholders.

• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
