Junior/ Middle Specialist with Slovenian language

Location: Krakow, Poland

For our client - an international company, we are looking for several junior/middle specialists with the knowledge of Slovenian language, who are looking for an opportunity to develop their career in the international organization

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the Slovenian language at least B2 level and English at B2 level
• Quick learner and adaptable to learning new processes, concepts, and skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills,
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard,

Responsibilities:

• Revision of user reports regarding website content
• Analysis and identification of content according to compliance policies
• Making well-balanced decisions and helping to resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures by flagging discrepancies
• Using market-specific knowledge and insights to improve the support of the user community,
