ABOUT THE CLIENT: 

A leading global distributor of electronic components, this company specializes in providing engineers and manufacturers with rapid access to a vast range of semiconductors, connectors, and automation products. Known for its strong partnerships with top-tier brands, it focuses on delivering cutting-edge technologies, exceptional logistics, and customer service to support innovation from prototype to production across industries worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Accepting, processing and coordinating customer enquiries via phone and email.

2. Processing orders, quotations, returns and complaints following our “service excellence” approach

3. Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

4. Pro-active approach to customer service – understanding specific needs of customers and oƯering individualised support where possible to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

5. Supporting our customers throughout the ordering process and advising them on our product range

6. Collaborating with other departments to best meet customers’ needs.

7. Future development steps include strategic approach to customer relationship management.

8. Possible additional responsibilities such as customer review meetings, trade fairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 1+ year of relevant experience in customer service – can be from diƯerent sectors, e.g. logistics, hospitality.

2. Advanced verbal and written English and Polish Languages skills

3. Experienced with Excel (MS OƯice) and other ERP programs would be advantageous.

4. Interest and enthusiasm about customer contact via email, chat, etc.

5. Not afraid to speak with customers on phone (10-20 phone calls per day)

6. Logical thinking when it comes to unexpected situations. Procedures are guidelines – looking for candidates who will think for themselves, look at ways to optimise and think outside box.

7. Pro-activity, open-mindedness.
