We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Service Desk Team as Junior Service Desk Analysts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance with their digital workplace tools, such as laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, and applications. You will help resolve basic IT issues and ensure that all incidents and requests are handled efficiently.
Junior Service Desk Analyst with German
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for end users via phone and email
Log and categorize incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
Perform basic troubleshooting using internal knowledge base articles
Escalate unresolved or more complex issues to 2nd Line Support teams
Work in a 24/7 shift environment, including nights and weekends
Requirements:
Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level) – both spoken and written
Basic IT knowledge and good problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in shifts (24/7 rotation)
Location: Katowice, Opole, Lublin or Gdańsk
