What You'll Be Driving:
Assist users in utilizing CRM tools such as segmentation, automation, customer journey builder, and tracking to support data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization. Provide timely support and guidance when issues or questions arise.
Help create user-friendly training materials, including guides, tutorials, and videos, to support CRM onboarding and ongoing education.
Support the preparation and delivery of internal training sessions and workshops to ensure effective use of CRM systems across teams.
Guide users through CRM system features to improve their confidence and efficiency in daily operations.
What Makes You A GR8 Fit:
Solid understanding of user lifecycle concepts such as churn, retention, and re-engagement, along with experience in email marketing and user segmentation.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher).
Analytical mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Familiarity with training practices and a willingness to support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
