About your future employer:

Our client is a global corporation offering a dynamic and innovative work environment within an international structure.

Due to a short-term project in the Supply Chain/Procurement area, our client is looking for a Master Data Specialist to join their Shared Services Center team. This is a 6-month project with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Master Data Specialist | Remote

Responsibilities:

• Handle Customer Master Data and create/maintain new entries

• Vendor creation and modification

• Review incoming requests in SNOW and follow up on missing information

• Respond to queries via ticketing system and email

• Credit management: review, update, and reporting

• Update existing procedures and documentation

• Support team members with job-related tasks

• Perform specific activities required for audit purposes

• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Professional education or academic degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Master Data experience

• Experience in Shared Service Center operations

• Fluent in English 

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience with SAP (R3 / ECC6) is highly preferred

• Familiarity with SSC ticketing tools

• Ability to start immediately or within 1 month
