Our client is an international company from the BPO sector, operating in Poland for many years. It specializes in customer service and business process support for global brands across various industries. The company has operational centers in several Polish cities and offers work in a truly international environment.

Platform Operations Specialist with German

Your Responsibilities: 

• Responding in real time to user inquiries related to LIVE platform broadcasts.

• Handling and resolving user requests in line with established platform standards.

• Working in an international back-office environment (no phone contact with customers).

• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including frequent copy–paste activities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (C1), and working knowledge of English 

• Strong computer literacy – not only with standard applications, but also the ability to work quickly and accurately.

• Fast typing skills, attention to detail, and reliability.

• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system.

Work Schedule:

• First month: training period with one shift (9:00–17:00).

• After training: transition to a 24/7 schedule.

• Approx. 4 night shifts (22:00–6:00), 6 early shifts (6:00–14:00), and 10 late shifts (14:00–22:00) per month.

• Numbers may vary; flexibility is possible as this business line is being implemented.
