RTR Team Leader
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing a team of RTR accountants with varying levels of expertise.
Assign tasks, delegate projects, and balance individual workloads effectively.
Oversee daily operations, including month/quarter/year-end closings, ensuring high-quality accounting services.
Share knowledge and mentor team members, identifying development needs.
Define and monitor internal controls and KPIs, understanding their impact.
Perform and approve closing tasks, reconciliations, and analyses according to group schedules.
Provide backup support to other RtR team members when needed.
Collaborate with the CI Team to identify automation opportunities and maintain existing processes.
Identify and suggest process improvements, contributing to global process standardization.
Cooperate with internal and external auditors.
Foster strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
Plan and allocate resources effectively while managing stakeholder interactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of end-to-end RTR processes, experience in financial statements preparation, and accounting principles.
Experience in managing a team of accountants with varying levels of expertise.
Ability to assign tasks, delegate projects, and balance individual workloads effectively.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to defend ideas and solutions to an audience.
Hands-on experience with SAP Finance.
A mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken.
