About your future employer:

Are you an experienced finance professional with deep knowledge of regulatory reporting and capital requirements? We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to take end-to-end accountability for the accuracy and timely delivery of key regulatory returns including CCR RWA, Leverage Ratio, COREP, and Pillar 3.

Regulatory Reporting Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee local and consolidated regulatory reporting to authorities such as the ACPR, ECB, Banque de France, and PRA.
Act as a subject matter expert on RWAs for business, risk, and finance stakeholders.
Support EBA QIS and climate stress testing processes.
Ensure high-quality reporting aligned with internal and external standards.
Contribute to capital planning and optimisation initiatives.
Drive transformation projects and regulatory change implementation.

Requirements:

10–15 years of experience in Regulatory or Financial Reporting within financial services.
Qualified accountant or equivalent academic background.
Strong understanding of capital, liquidity, RWA, FINREP, and AR&A reporting.
Experience in control frameworks and high-risk finance processes.
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of ECB and PRA regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
