Our Client is a leading global financial institution committed to delivering exceptional banking services worldwide. We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Remediation Manager with French to join our Client's growing Credit Risk Modeling team.
Regulatory Reporting Remediation Manager with French
Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of remediation activities related to prudential regulatory returns (e.g., EBA returns).
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of regulatory reporting through data lineage and control reviews.
Conduct risk assessments and propose enhancements to existing controls and reporting processes.
Identify and resolve reporting errors and inefficiencies in collaboration with technical and business teams.
Monitor and escalate risks and issues as needed, supporting programme governance and oversight.
Work closely with Finance, Risk, IT, and Audit teams to align on compliance objectives.
Prepare clear documentation, including MI and presentations for key stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
Solid knowledge of key regulatory frameworks (e.g., EBA, Basel, PRA).
Proven experience in regulatory reporting, audit, or financial control roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
Experience with data lineage, traceability, and process remediation.
Strong risk assessment and analytical skills.
Ability to proactively identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions.
French language proficiency at B2 level or higher (verbal and written) is required.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex issues in a structured and clear manner.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint/presentation skills.
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of breaking down complex issues into manageable components.
Collaborative mindset and ability to engage with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Strong sense of ownership and proactive risk awareness.
