SAP Ariba Deployment Expert

We are looking for a person with experience in procurement and SAP Ariba to join an international project team. You will support the rollout of a global system and help improve purchasing processes across different countries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of a global procurement system in different countries

• Help teams choose the right way to create purchase requests in the system

• Work with SAP Ariba Guided Buying and support improvements in SAP MM

• Make sure procurement processes are simple, clear, and efficient

• Cooperate with teams from different countries and departments

• Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Help prepare user guides, documentation, and training materials

• Support ongoing improvements and solve process-related issues

Requirements:

• Around 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement

• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Guided Buying

• Knowledge of SAP MM is a plus

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Ability to work in an international environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Willingness to travel (approx. 20–25%)
