SAP EWM Consultant (Hypercare Support)

Location: Kerkrade, Netherlands (reloction support + free accomodation)

Salary: 80-100 EUR / h (B2B)

Work model: on-site (in the office)

Contract time: at least until the end of December 2025

We are recruiting for a 3-month contract to play a key role during the hypercare phase in a state-of-the-art distribution center in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support on the distribution floor during the hypercare phase following the SAP S/4HANA go-live;

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EWM processes and physical product flow (boxes, shipments) on packing and shipping lines;

• Identify root causes of issues reported by operators and implement solutions quickly to minimize downtime;

• Work closely with end users, operations staff, and the IT/project team to ensure smooth business processes;

• Work in a 3-shift rotation, 5 days a week, on-site.

Requirements:

• Solid hands-on experience with SAP EWM (preferably in logistics/distribution environments);

• Ability to quickly adapt and get up to speed – no time for long onboarding periods.

• Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate effectively with both project teams and floor operators;

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must;

• EU citizenship or valid work permit required;

• Availability to work on-site in a rotating shift system:

  • 06:00 – 14:30

  • 14:30 – 23:00

  • 23:00 – 06:00

• Hourly rates in the range of PLN 350-400/h PLN, depending on individual arrangements regarding accommodation

• On-site role in the Netherlands
