Regulatory Reporting Manager

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance, with a strong track record in regulatory or financial reporting within large-scale financial institutions.
- Qualified accountant or equivalent academic background, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Solid knowledge of ESG reporting, IRR, FINREP, AR&A, and ECB reporting requirements (an advantage).
- Experience in a controllership role, particularly in designing and maintaining control frameworks for high-risk processes.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret numeric data to support high-quality reporting and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams.
- Good understanding of the banking business, balance sheet structure, and how they align with various regulatory requirements.
- Fluent in English.
