Are you a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in regulatory reporting and a passion for ESG? Join our Client’s Europe Regulatory Reporting team and play a key role in delivering accurate and compliant ESG reporting aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Reporting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of ESG reporting outputs in line with regulatory policies, internal standards, and control procedures.
  • Take end-to-end accountability for the implementation of Integrity of Regulatory Reporting (IRR) standards within ESG reporting.
  • Develop strong working relationships with ESG Reporting leads to ensure consistent, coherent regulatory submissions and a collaborative “join-up” culture.
  • Support the delivery of Regulatory Reporting transformation initiatives, including strategic business decisions and regulatory changes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to meet evolving regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to all aspects of ESG reporting delivery across the organization.
 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in finance, with a strong track record in regulatory or financial reporting within large-scale financial institutions.
  • Qualified accountant or equivalent academic background, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Solid knowledge of ESG reporting, IRR, FINREP, AR&A, and ECB reporting requirements (an advantage).
  • Experience in a controllership role, particularly in designing and maintaining control frameworks for high-risk processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret numeric data to support high-quality reporting and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams.
  • Good understanding of the banking business, balance sheet structure, and how they align with various regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent in English.
