THE INTERNSHIP
We’re excited to offer a paid internship in our Helpdesk team within the Finance Operations Team! You will support the daily operations of the Order to Cash (OTC) teams, helping to ensure smooth financial processes in communication with both customers and vendors. What you will do:
Assist in recording and managing vendor requests and inquiries.
Communicate with vendors via phone and email to address any issues they might have.
Support with routing vendor inquiries to the right teams for review and action.
Collaborate with internal teams to monitor vendor issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Supervise all vendor requests and inquiries are accurately logged and tracked in the system.
Qualifications
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Interest in finance and willingness to contact business clients.
English and French proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Current student status (required to be added as attachment when applying).
Good communication skills (both written and spoken).
A team player who can also work independently.
Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
Part-time availability: 20 hours (4 hours daily).
