Senior FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional who is ready to take ownership of financial planning and reporting processes and support senior leadership with valuable business insights. This role offers strong exposure to strategic decision-making and close cooperation with international stakeholders.

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

• Preparing and delivering management reports with clear insights on business performance, trends, and risks
• Supporting senior stakeholders with financial analysis and recommendations
• Leading forecasting and planning processes and ensuring their accuracy and efficiency
• Creating presentations for leadership, translating financial data into clear conclusions
• Analyzing financial results and identifying key drivers and variances
• Improving reporting processes and introducing automation where possible
• Working closely with Finance Business Partners and other teams to ensure alignment across the organization

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar area
• Very good knowledge of Excel and experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP, D365)
• Experience with reporting or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way
• Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
