Senior Order Management Specialist with French
What will you be doing?
Execute and optimize daily transactional activities to meet SLA/KPIs while following standardized processes.
Drive and support process improvement initiatives and projects.
Ensure operational compliance with regulations and internal/external guidelines.
Maintain effective communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders
Document and maintain up-to-date operational procedures.
Act as a backup for team members and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
Contribute to a problem-solving culture by identifying issues and implementing solutions.
What are we looking for?
University degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, or international shipping/forwarding/trade
2 years of experience in Customer Service Desk.
SAP module knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience in business process management (all levels welcome)
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into solutions
Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to process improvement.
Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is desirable.
Language skills:• English - fluent• French - fluent
