Senior RTR Process & Systems Consultant | Remote
Responsibilities:
Review and map end-to-end Record to Report processes
Design improved RTR workflows and supporting data structures for digital platforms
Lead decision-making around process and system design based on data-driven analysis
Support implementation and optimisation of Redwood and/or BlackLine solutions
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams
Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders and IT teams
Support system testing, validation, and deployment activities
Take part in Redwood training before project go-live
Provide ongoing support during the project delivery phase
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in finance, with strong RTR knowledge
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Redwood, BlackLine, or similar tools (e.g. FloQast, Trintech)
Good understanding of finance transformation and automation initiatives
Strong knowledge of finance data structures and governance
Experience working in structured project or programme environments
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within Poland if required
Availability from mid-April to participate in training
