Static Data Specialist with French

For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for specialists who will have the opportunity to take part in the significant growth of their organizational structures.
One of the available roles is Static Data Specialist with French.

Responsibilities:

• Investigates and performs exceptional static data requests to ensure accurate and timely setup in the system.

• Raises and analyses any operational or technical issues in order to escalate them with relevant parties and avoid potential process delays.

• Coordinates the creation of manuals about the process to maintain up to date instructions on how to correctly perform the tasks.

• Prepares and implements the onboarding plan for newcomers in order to maintain the business continuity and ensure process execution.

• Maintains and develops professional relations with internal stakeholders and business partners in order to ensure the flow of information needed to perform static data process and respond to received queries.

• Implements improvement ideas to increase the team and process effectiveness,

Requirements:

• Experience in transfer agent, cash operation or accounting will be considered as an advantage 

• Fluent working knowledge of English and French is mandatory (min. C1)

• Knowledge of Private Capital (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real State, Securitization, etc.) fund specificities will be considered as an advantage 

• Numerate and analytical skills 

• Knowledge of MS Office tools (focused on Excel skills)

• Ability to work effectively as a team player

• Self-motivation to develop 

• Internal client focused approach
