Talent Acquisition Experience Lead with French


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Supervise and monitor daily work output and performance.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive end-to-end candidate experience.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Manage non-campus recruitment events and activities.
  • Support candidates post-offer, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Provide expert-level support to functional and local recruitment teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in recruitment processes and hiring practices.
  • Prepare onboarding resources for hiring managers and new employees.
  • Gather feedback from new hires to drive experience improvements.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to support strategy and decision-making.
  • Apply business insights to align recruitment practices with company goals.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in developing and executing global recruitment strategies
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, data, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and tools
  • Proficiency in modern Talent Acquisition technologies and platforms
  • Experience in a global work environment, managing diverse and cross-cultural teams.
