Technical Support Specialist with French or Spanish
Here are some of the things you can look forward to:
Managing and resolving technical issues reported by customers
Investigating problems, identifying root causes, and providing solutions
Monitoring system behavior and escalating potential bugs when needed
Communicating with customers and stakeholders throughout the issue lifecycle
Supporting customer calls related to issue resolution or system usage
Working with data and basic database queries to analyze issues
Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to knowledge base articles
Supporting team members by sharing knowledge and best practices
Ensuring agreed service levels and performance metrics are met
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or a similar role
Understanding of how software applications and systems work
Basic knowledge of APIs, cloud environments, and databases
Experience with tools such as Postman, Kibana/Observe, or Snowflake is a plus
Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
Fluent English and French or Spanish (written and spoken)
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
