Transport Planner with German

 The Transport Planner ensures smooth transportation operations by coordinating with carriers, managing transport costs, and resolving issues efficiently. This role also focuses on improving productivity and maintaining high standards of service.

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

• Coordinate SAP orders and loading with carriers and 4PL
• Ensure timely unloading and validate 4PL invoices
• Monitor and manage carrier performance
• Handle transport disputes and manage related documentation
• Track and update performance indicators monthly
• Analyze transport costs and service quality
• Participate in meetings and tenders to improve processes
• Manage transport complaints and act as the main contact for transport issues
• Support the German site

You are the right person for the role if you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Transport, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Transportation or Distribution
• Good command of English and German
• Knowledge of Transportation Planning Tools 
• Experience with SAP 
• Good skills in using MS Office
• Customer-oriented with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Strong knowledge of both domestic and international transport
