Our Client is a leading global financial institution committed to delivering exceptional banking services worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Modeling Specialist to join our Client's growing Credit Risk Modeling team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the delivery of valuation change projects, including resources, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between IT, Markets Securities Services, and Finance teams.
- Oversee training and communication for project implementation.
- Implement the Target Operating Model and project vision.
- Balance scope, schedule, and risks while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Monitor compliance with the Bank’s Change Framework and address any gaps.
- Lead the team to achieve project goals and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of global financial product valuations.
- Experience with finance systems and data architectures, especially in Product Control Valuations.
- Understanding of project delivery methods and lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills to solve finance-related problems.
- Awareness of new technologies like AI, ML, Cloud Computing, and Data Visualization.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Finance and Project Delivery.
- Preferred qualifications: CFA, CIMA, CA, Prince2, PMP, Agile (with 10–12 years of post-qualification experience).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle conflicts.
- Leadership skills to guide junior colleagues.
- Quick learner of new systems and processes.
- Ability to escalate issues when needed.
- Effective at managing teams across different functions and seniority levels.
