Vice President Regulatory Reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the production of regulatory reports (Regulatory Reporting), particularly in the area of financial disclosures and financial functions within banking.
• Leading a team of 3–4 people located in Kraków and India.
• Solving complex issues related to regulatory and financial disclosures.
• Working with large volumes of data in a complex and dynamic banking environment.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Pillar 3, CCR).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in the banking sector or financial institutions.
• Experience in regulatory reporting and knowledge of financial disclosure processes.
• Familiarity with liquidity management and reporting (Liquidity Reporting).
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Team management skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
• Knowledge of key financial sector regulations and requirements (e.g., CCR, Pillar 3).
